There are no mandatory fields in the form. However, the more accurate information you provide, the easier and faster it will be to verify your ministry.

Personal information

You can provide:

• first name, last name, and patronymic or middle name
• date of birth
• ecclesiastical name
• phone number
• email address
• Telegram and WhatsApp
• languages in which you minister

Ministry

Provide as much as possible:

• clerical rank
• date of ordination
• denomination
• church or jurisdiction
• parish name
• type of community
• your position
• country and city
• parish address

Verification of ministry

It is especially helpful to provide:

• the name of your ruling bishop or church leader
• contact details for the bishop or church office
• the official church website or parish page
• a short description of yourself
• the main areas of your ministry

When you have finished, submit the form. Your profile will show the status: “Your clergy profile is under verification.”
