Purpose

Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation operates D.O.M. and publishes these Child Safety Standards under the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. They state what is forbidden, how anyone can report it, and what the operator does about it.

Prohibited without exception

Child sexual abuse and exploitation is forbidden on D.O.M. in every part of the service, including publications, comments, profiles, private messages, calls and uploaded files:

  • child sexual abuse material in any form, including drawn, animated and computer-generated depictions
  • sexualization of a minor in text, image, audio, video or a live call
  • grooming, sextortion, or solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes
  • trafficking of a minor, and any offer, request, trade or advertisement of the above
  • links, references or instructions that lead to such material elsewhere

Who may use the service

D.O.M. is intended for adults. Accounts are not offered to people under 18 years of age. An account found to belong to a minor is closed.

Reporting

Every publication and every profile carries a report action, and the same menu blocks the other user. Reports that concern a child are treated as urgent and are reviewed ahead of the queue.

Anyone, including people without an account, may report illegal content at https://dom.gd/doc/report-illegal-content or by writing to support@dom.gd.

What the operator does

Material that appears to depict child sexual abuse is removed, the account responsible is terminated, and the related data is preserved for the authorities rather than deleted. Accounts terminated on child safety grounds are not restored on appeal.

Reports to authorities

Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation is a United States corporation. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through the CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. 2258A. The operator also complies with the child safety laws of the countries where the service is available and cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement.
